Good morning {{First name}}!

That was quite the footy fiesta for Canada. Finishing in the Top-16 in soccer’s World Cup is some pretty good stuff to build on. Not quite the outcome Canadians wanted yesterday against Morocco, but a good showing by les Rouges nonetheless.

July in Victoria belongs to the long days and the people who know how to fill them. Pride celebrations bring tens of thousands into the streets, the Inner Harbour fills up with crab and community spirit, and the stages across the region pulse with everything from Afro-Cuban jazz to acoustic Grateful Dead to award-winning blues.

Whether you're after a dance floor, a listening room, or just a reason to be outside, there's no shortage of good reasons to show up this month.
