We’ve heard from a couple of Capital Daily readers who are new to Victoria that they’d like to know where to find farmers markets around the city. As we head into the dog days of summer, these markets are popping up throughout Greater Victoria almost daily—the city has a whopping 15 weekly options in total.

Where to find farmers markets in Victoria

It isn’t hard to shop local here during the summer—Greater Victoria boasts 15 weekly farmers markets, bringing fresh produce, art, baked goods, beverages, crafts, and more across the city. 

If you’re looking to get out of the house to shop and mingle with your community, consider one of the many markets popping up around town Wednesday through Monday. 

Moss Street Farmers Market 
When: Saturdays | 10am-2pm | Goes indoors starting Nov. 1

James Bay Community Market
